Teacher Prerequisite Skills:

Internet: Make sure you have previewed the sites to familiarize yourself with them. Students often have difficulty navigating unfamiliar Web sites.

Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Windows MovieMaker: Students will enjoy making their multimedia project and often want to learn more advanced skills than required by this project. If they find something new, that I don't know how to do, I will give them extra credit points once they have shown me how to do it. That way, if you are not as proficient with the software, students can teach you a lot about it so that next time, you're prepared. Of course, it goes without saying that if you have a multimedia program that you like better, use it!
